Forrest Saw Blades

It's unusual for one product to outshine it's competitor's by such a large degree, but that's been our experience, concerning Forrest saw blades. This quality is not just on their table saw blades, but on all the blades they produce. We have somewhere in the range of fifteen blades.

We have tried many different brands, but always end up back to Forrest.

A perfect example of this was when cutting a large amount of Corian®, we purchased a name brand blade, designed specifically for solid surface material. What really irritated me was the fact I had track down the blade, and go pick it up. After returning to the shop, it took one cut to realize the Forrest blade we were using for wood was producing perfect cuts, while the speciality blade was chipping both the top and bottom of the sheets. I returned the blade, along with a short speech to the salesmen that insisted I buy it.

We are now at the point where we won't stray from a proven winner. Maybe if someone comes up with a new technology, we'll give it a shot, but until then, we'll be looking at the Forrest through the trees!

The other point worth mentioning is the fact that their quick turn around time with their sharpening services have proven to be second to none!
